Today two cards and they are spot on for this week of of letting go. The jump out card of Children is reminding us to play and have fun. Spend time with the kids or grandkids playing in the park, riding a bike or honouring your inner child by colouring, painting or building something with Lego. Truth and Integrity guides us to be true to ourselves in all aspects of our lives. The quote from the Angels “let go of anything inauthentic and all that does not service the highest intentions for yourself.”
Bring these two together we the clear message for today and everyday is be true to yourself, be playful and find something that works for you!

What a beautiful morning we have in the Valley today, the sun is out and the skies are blue, that alone is a reason to celebrate! So when this card jumped out it was Good News! It means that you have been working towards making changes, setting goals, or like the gardener you may find the seeds that you have planted and nurtured are ready. It’s time to Celebrate the day! Keep up what you are doing, feel your gratitude and watch your garden grow!

Good Morning! Today the Nature card found its way to us. The message being we need to spend more time in nature as it is a wonderful healer. For some that might mean 5 minutes in the garden for others a hike in the woods. Even a few moments standing in the fresh air can clear the mind and feed your soul.
