Spend time with the kids or grandkids playing in the park, riding a bike or honouring your inner child by colouring, painting or building something with Lego. Truth and Integrity guides us to be true to ourselves in all aspects of our lives. The quote from the Angels “let go of anything inauthentic and all that does not service the highest intentions for yourself.”
